At Lupo Bianco Suits, we want you to feel confident in your tailoring; if your garment doesn't fit perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the suit or accessory in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent creasing.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days of receipt.
